Marie Kane began her real estate career in 1973 with a sales license and shortly after obtained her broker's license. She owned and managed Kane and Associates for 30 years. During that time she was involved in coordinating the" ins and outs" and details of literally thousands of transactions. This experience makes her one of the most knowledgeable brokers active in today's market.

Over the years her studies have included courses in appraisal, marketing, legal aspects, escrow procedures, probate procedures, short sales, contract law, tax repurcussions, ways to hold title, economics, arbitration and mediation, and many others.
